HM Sports Guards Inc. is a mobile custom sports guard provider. We bring supplies to your sports venue, set up our small booth (3' x 5' table), and begin the process on site. We take custom impressions of the athlete's teeth. We then return to our facility for processing. When completed, we return to the same location to deliver the custom sports guard.
The impression takes less than 5 minutes. Processing typically takes one week. If volumes are high, processing may take up to two weeks. We will provide the athlete with the expected delivery date before taking the impression.
The regular price is $70. We are currently offering an introductory rate of $60 for Wolverine members and qualifying new clients.
We accept cash, e-transfer, card, and tap payments.
No. To use dental insurance, you will need to go through a dentist.
We do not take impressions over orthodontic brackets, retainers, buttons, attachments, or hooks. You can consult your orthodontist.
If the athlete is under 10 years old, or has loose teeth, the custom sports guard may not fit properly after teeth are lost or new teeth grow in. Inquiries welcome.
